    2.You are not brushing your teeth long enough. Do not forget to use a timer for this one. You can brush one side for 2 minutes because it gives time for the fluoride to start reacting to the teeth. Dentists are actually recommending 2 minutes as the best amount of time. It is imperative that you clean your tongue regularly. 7.Do not use a hard tooth brush. The best choice is the soft one. This is an issue apparently. You are trying to get off some of the meat or food that gotten stuck in and around your teeth. You’re not going to shine those things up. Brushing them to shine them is not the main objective here. It is not advisable to use the medium and hard toothbrushes since it will damage your gums in the long run. It is time to take care of your teeth. Care for them wisely and they will care for you.
